Issue 1:
The new video format is improved (bigger size), but unfortunately the aspect ratio change has now resulted in the bottom of all phase 2 videos to be croped.
Also the resolution on many of them is poor.
Is it possible to fix this?
If we resubmit the videos, will this fix the problem?

Issue 2:
I have tried to update the block diagram used as the icon for my project from Phase 1. I received a message that this could not be done as Phase 1 was closed.
Is it possible to release this limit so our diagrams can reflect how our system has evolved?
Will this also be true of Phase 2 diagrams and schematics?
