Missing objects ...
Missing objects ...

Just in case anybody cares on the other side, there are still several objects missing from the
HTTP dialog, just to list a few:

Also, have you noticed that in several places the "Community" drop down menu in some places
instead of "Contestants" now says "Community".

And if you go to the contestants list, now the first two pages have link to 9 pages total but not
the third one.

And, Terry's latest video is no longer showing up on the home page.

I guess the bail out package had an adverse effect on this website ...

Edit: I was in a different machine earlier, if I cleared the IE cache the home page showed then the
latest video from Terry and the list of contestants had only three pages, but something weird
happen with the forum, I was not able to see or get back to edit this posts or other posts that
were marked as not read, if I logged out I was able to see those posts.

Something weird is going on with the many javascripts from this website.

Hi,

I am facing a lot of problems in Posting replies on the forum.
Some how even my replies show up as unread.
I think some major over haul is going on.

And even worse... I have had 2 people just vote for me and the score has not changed!!!!!
I am tending to believe what people are telling me about their votes not sticking!!!

Hope they have not been making changes to the website in the last few days of the competition... that would just be far to risky and stupidity!!

Many others have said they have voted for me and I had not seen my total move either!!

My Profile came back - now my abstract is not showing!!!

I can see you perfectly.
It is ok.

I lost 6 votes too,and I can not say people check his/her vote again to see who is lost,everybody complaint about the register system.

I'm starting to believe that this website is implementing the new Web 3.0 state of the art technology,
is no longer dynamic content, now is random behavior generation, so you don't get bored
looking at the same page and with a consistent response over and over.

Reload now !!! before it's gone !!!!

Yeah - everything sort of came right about an hour after I posted.

Still - I know 5 people voted... but my vote count only increased by 1!!!

I said I'd not do it for free, but here is a short comment.

These folks to develop the website mixed together an interesting collection of javascripts from
different sources, the jQuery library for backend DB access, portal software from Liferay,
condimented with flash, and for tracking purporses relying on external services like from
2o7.net, all glued together without keeping an eye on efficiency or putting together a
custom design.

Just by loading the home page the browser has to digest and execute (remember that javascrips are
compiled on the fly) at least 44 different javascripts ...
